CaseEntry Privacy Practices

CaseEntry is designed to minimize the amount of personal information stored in the app.

• CaseEntry does not require an account or login.

• Notes are stored locally on the user’s device.

• Unsent drafts are automatically deleted after 5 days.

• CaseEntry does not send notes to an Ocean Coast Ventures server.

• When a user chooses to send a note, CaseEntry opens the device’s email composer so the user can review and send it.

• Users should use client identifiers rather than full names whenever possible and follow their organization’s privacy and documentation policies.

• CaseEntry is intended to support documentation workflows and does not replace an organization’s official case management or record system.
